    CHANGES IN PGA FREIGHT CHARGES
For the last seven years, PGA have charged the same rate for delivery charges in spite of rising fuel and transportation costs. As much as we would like to maintain the current rates for another year, we find that we must increase them in order to provide continuing quality transportation to our many valued customers. Effective March 1, 2010, our new transport rates will be as follows:

Melbourne Metropolitan, Geelong Area – Freight Free

For country and interstate orders the delivery cost per 14cm unit will be $0.80, 17cm will be $1.30, 20cm will be $1.60.

We have reduced our Minimum order quantity to 48 plants - (Minimum 4 per variety)

Orders of 96 plants receives a 30% rebate of freight

Orders of 120 plants receives a 60% rebate of freight

Orders of 156 plants will be delivered freight free.

These freight charges only apply to orders delivered by our preferred transport company Natures Plant Logistics. If an order was sent via another freight company no discount will apply and freight charges would have to be paid by the customer for both PGA and the designated freight carrier. If stock is required for an area not serviced by Natures Plant Logistics, PGA will send stock to the depot nearest the area at the rates nominated above. All additional on forwarding costs must then be paid for by the customer.

We value you our client base and want to continue serving you. We have kept rises to a minimum and also attempted to provide useful incentives to our smaller customers. We wish to thank you for your business and know that you will understand the necessity for this price increase.
