Variety Profile
A small, neat variety of the charming woodland perennial more commonly known as 'windflower'. Double, deep pink flowers are produced during autumn and which can also be used as cut flowers for fresh floral arrangements. A most rewarding plant requiring little attention for reliable performance.

Cultural Care
Select a sunny to semi-shaded location in most soil types which are moist but well drained. No pruning is required although removing spent flowers will promoter further production lengthening the display period. An application of slow release fertiliser during spring would be beneficial to overall performance.

Plant Uses
Ideal for general garden use although particularly suited to cottage, woodland or wildflower style gardens. Can be grown in containers using a good quality potting mix.
Terrific solution to semi shaded areas such as beneath open canopy trees or beside walls and fences.
