Cultural care

Best results when grown in rich, moist soil or containers using a good quality potting mix. Will become herbaceous in cold regions during winter - any remaining, older foliage should be removed by late winter to tidy. Mulch well to help retain moisture and apply slow release fertiliser in early spring.
